CONSTRUCTION ACCIDENT: $2,950,000 Recovery
Plaintiff, a 38 year-old bricklayer, was carrying a 50lb. piece of
cement to his work area when he fell through a hole in the floor of
the building. Plaintiff's chin struck the base of the floor and was
wedged in the hole, dangling between two floors. After a 3 day confinement
in the hospital, plaintiff complained of extensive back and neck pain
and was treated regularly up to the time of trial.
